Rebecca Eldridge

Rebecca Eldridge will lead 13 APEX this season, bringing more than 15 years of coaching experience across youth, high school, and club volleyball to Arizona Legacy. Throughout her coaching career, Rebecca has built a reputation for creating positive, competitive environments where athletes develop confidence, strong fundamentals, and a genuine love for the game.

Rebecca began playing volleyball in the fourth grade and competed in club volleyball for six years with Dayton Juniors and Miami Valley Juniors in Ohio before continuing her career at Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky, where she played middle blocker and opposite. Her playing experience across multiple levels has shaped her philosophy of teaching the game with patience, consistency, and attention to detail.

Over the past 15 years, Rebecca has coached athletes throughout the country, gaining experience in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Utah, and Arizona. Her coaching résumé includes Centerville High School, Dayton Juniors Volleyball Club, KiVA, Lansing Area Volleyball Club, Vortex Volleyball Club, Avalanche Volleyball Club, and Paradise Valley High School. Working with athletes of all ages has given her a well-rounded perspective on long-term player development and the importance of building strong fundamentals early.

Rebecca believes that confidence is developed through repetition, encouragement, and creating an environment where athletes feel challenged while enjoying the process of learning. She enjoys helping players improve every aspect of their game while teaching the teamwork, communication, and work ethic that lead to long-term success both on and off the court.

Outside of volleyball, Rebecca enjoys supporting her four children as they participate in their own activities and sports. That perspective as both a coach and parent helps her understand the importance of creating a positive experience for athletes and families alike.

Rebecca is excited to lead 13 APEX and help lay the foundation for Arizona Legacy athletes as they continue progressing through the club's development pathway.
