Team Travel – 2025–2026 Season
Travel is a defining part of the Arizona Legacy experience. It pushes our athletes to the next level, builds deep team chemistry, and gives families the chance to see the program compete on a national stage.
While travel accommodations are not currently included in season dues, Legacy provides a clear structure to support families with everything from timelines to hotel recommendations. Families handle the logistics. We handle the planning.
Athletes are expected to arrive to the host city by 6:00 PM local time the night before competition begins. That evening, Legacy coaches will host a structured, chaperoned team dinner to bring athletes together and set the tone for the weekend. Families can take the evening to enjoy part of their trip while athletes prep with their team.
Legacy will name a Preferred Hotel for each tournament, where coaches and staff will stay. While not required, booking here helps with team logistics, coordination, and overall experience. Room blocks or discounted rates will be offered when possible.
In some cases, Legacy may offer optional flight seats from coach travel bookings. These are limited, not guaranteed, and available on a first come, first served basis when offered. If your athlete needs to travel without a parent or guardian, contact us early. We’ll coordinate chaperone support or connect you with a Legacy family. For Stay & Play events, bookings must go through official Legacy hotel links to ensure eligibility.

Needing a ride to and from the airport? Contact Joe’l at 702-859-8205 for individual transportation to and from the airport or while in Vegas. Joe’l is Club Director Daniel Velasquez Wilson’s brother, a private chauffeur based in Las Vegas. He can accommodate up to four passengers and their luggage. Rates will be discounted for Legacy families.
