Linda Elders

Linda Elders will lead 14 CRIMSON this season, bringing more than 20 years of club and high school coaching experience to Arizona Legacy. Throughout her coaching career, Linda has helped develop athletes across Arizona while building programs rooted in strong fundamentals, accountability, teamwork, and character.

Linda has coached with several of Arizona's premier volleyball clubs, including AZ Sky Volleyball Club, AZ Storm Elite, Atomic Volleyball Club, Boltz Volleyball Club, AZ Elite, Phoenix Volleyball Club, and Arizona Juniors Volleyball Club. During her five seasons at AZ Storm Elite, she guided the club's first 14-3s team to a USA Volleyball Junior National Championship bid, marking an important milestone in the club's history. Her teams have consistently earned state tournament appearances, regional championship finishes, tournament titles, and national-level success.

At the high school level, Linda has served as the Head JV Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Cicero Preparatory Academy, Desert Mountain High School, Scottsdale Preparatory Academy, and Cactus High School, helping develop athletes and contribute to successful programs throughout the Valley.

As a player, Linda competed with the U.S. Air Force Volleyball Team in Lakenheath, England, from 1992–1995, playing both outside hitter and libero. She later continued competing with a USA Volleyball women's club team as a libero/opposite, giving her experience across multiple positions and levels of competition.

Linda holds USAV IMPACT Certification, NFHS Certification, and the AOC Head Coach Level 1 Certification. She also previously served as a USA Volleyball Provisional Regional Official, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the game from both coaching and officiating perspectives.

Outside of volleyball, Linda works as a Revenue Cycle Manager for a physical therapy management company. She is the proud mother of two grown children and enjoys spending time with her two German Shepherds.

Linda believes great coaching extends beyond wins and losses. Her philosophy centers on helping athletes become confident, resilient competitors through technical skill development, accountability, teamwork, and character. She is excited to bring her experience and passion for teaching to 14 CRIMSON as Arizona Legacy continues building one of the nation's premier boys volleyball programs.
