Bobby Kern will serve as the Assistant Coach for 18 CRIMSON this season, bringing a passion for teaching, athlete development, and building meaningful relationships to Arizona Legacy. As the Varsity Assistant Coach at Sunnyslope High School, Bobby has helped develop athletes within one of Arizona's premier boys volleyball programs, emphasizing fundamentals, communication, and a team-first approach to competition.

Known for his positive energy and ability to connect with athletes, Bobby believes that great coaching begins with trust. He creates an environment where players feel challenged, supported, and encouraged to compete with confidence while continuing to grow as teammates and leaders. His attention to detail and commitment to the learning process help athletes better understand the game and develop the habits necessary for long-term success.

Bobby joined Arizona Legacy because he believes in the club's commitment to developing complete student-athletes. He is passionate about creating a culture where effort, accountability, and respect are expected every day, while ensuring athletes enjoy the process of competing and improving together.

As a member of the 18 CRIMSON coaching staff, Bobby is excited to help athletes maximize their potential, build confidence, and represent Arizona Legacy with pride both on and off the court.
