Nicole Rackley

2025/2026 Coaching Assignments

Assistant Coach - 16 APEX

Nicole Rackley will serve as the Assistant Coach for Arizona Legacy’s 16 Apex team this season, bringing years of coaching experience, strong fundamentals, and deep roots in Arizona volleyball. A Glendale native, Nicole graduated from Raymond S. Kellis High School in 2016, where she earned First Team All-District and First Team All-Region honors as a varsity standout.

She continued her playing career at Otero Junior College in Colorado before transferring back to Arizona to compete at Ottawa University Arizona. Her experience competing at both the junior college and NAIA levels gives her a well-rounded perspective that translates into her coaching—balanced, detail-oriented, and built on accountability.

Nicole has been a coach at Revolution Volleyball Academy since 2017 and is entering her third season as the JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant at Sandra Day O’Connor High School in Phoenix. Her coaching style blends discipline with approachability, and she’s known for helping athletes grow both in skill and confidence.

At Arizona Legacy, Nicole brings her competitive drive and team-first mentality to the 16 Apex program, helping athletes refine their game and elevate their performance in high-level training environments.
