Head Coach - 16 Iron

Brooke Kern will lead Arizona Legacy’s 15 Apex and 16 Iron teams this season, bringing more than a decade of coaching experience and a strong foundation in Arizona high school and club volleyball. Known for her steady leadership, Brooke will focus on helping our athletes build confidence, sharpen their fundamentals, and learn how to compete the right way.

A 5A State Champion during her playing days at Sunnyslope High School, Brooke has spent her career giving back to the sport that shaped her. She began coaching in 2013 at Madison Meadows before returning to Sunnyslope, where she led the girls JV program for 11 seasons. She currently serves as the Head Coach for Sunnyslope’s Boys Volleyball team, helping guide the program through the state’s highest level of competition.

Brooke will also bring valuable club experience to Arizona Legacy from her time at Arizona Storm Elite, where she coached multiple teams across the 13s and 14s age groups. With a calm but competitive approach, she will play a key role in shaping our culture and developing our athletes on and off the court.
