At Arizona Legacy Volleyball Academy, we’re not here to be just another club—we’re here to build something that lasts.

From the ground up, we’re focused on creating a culture rooted in development, discipline, and direction. As we grow, our approach remains intentional: we’re structured to support multiple teams at each age group, but for the 2025 season, we anticipate fielding 3–5 total teams across 13U–18U

Because we believe in building the foundation first. That means establishing quality coaching, aligned standards, and a competitive environment where every team matters and every athlete is coached with purpose.

We aren’t focused on filling rosters for the sake of numbers—we’re focused on building a program that’s valuable, competitive, and respected.

Each team in our program is more than a group of athletes—it’s a representation of our values.
Our current focus is to build one intentional team per age group (13U–18U)—athletes who are committed, coaches who are connected, and families who believe in what we’re creating.

We know we’re not the right fit for everyone—and that’s okay.

We’re not chasing participation.

We’re building a standard.

As Arizona Legacy grows, all of our teams will follow a clear, tiered competitive system:

• Apex – National-level, high-exposure competition
• Crimson – Regional competition with select travel and strong development
• Iron – Regional competition with select travel and strong development focused training and growth mindset

Each tier is built to challenge athletes at the level they’re ready for, with a unified culture and coaching approach across every team.

We believe in rewarding performance. While our tier system is designed to reflect competition level and travel expectations, nothing is fixed.

If a Crimson or Iron team shows the ability to compete at a higher level, we’ll move them. Our staff evaluates all teams on a case-by-case basis with the athlete experience and readiness in mind. We don’t believe in ceilings—we believe in opportunity earned through effort.

Whether you’re representing AZ Legacy at a national event or working your way up through your first season of club, one thing remains true:
